Sr. Clinical Solutions Consultant, Pharmacy Automation

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to assess clinical and operational needs in central fill environments
• Lead pharmacy workflow assessments to enhance best practices for central fill operations
• Develop tailored clinical and operational workflows for customers' central fill systems
• Conduct assessments and reviews to optimize central fill pharmacy operations post-implementation
• Act as a trusted advisor on medication-use processes and central fill workflows
• Support customer education and change management for pharmacy automation adoption
• Document findings and recommendations in clear, professional reports

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years in central fill pharmacy operations or related healthcare
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D
• Experience presenting to healthcare executives is highly preferred
• Deep knowledge of BD central fill pharmacy operations and pharmacy automation systems
• Experience with EPIC WAM in a central fill environment
