About the role
The Sr Clinical Quality Analyst is responsible for high quality data analytics which support Huntington Hospital’s need for analytical tools and solutions generated by Quality Management, Infection Prevention, Employee Health, and the Huntington Ambulatory Care Center. The Analyst understands how data is turned into information and knowledge, and how the knowledge supports and promotes continuous improvement in quality care and patient safety throughout the Huntington Hospital enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and solutions for Quality Management, Infection Prevention, Employee Health, and the Huntington Ambulatory Care Center
- Transform data into information and knowledge to support continuous improvement in quality care and patient safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, Biostatistics, Data Science or related fields; equivalent experience will be considered
- 3–5 years’ experience in the healthcare provider industry
- 2–3 years’ experience utilizing programs such as NHSN, Tableau, Microsoft Office 365, advanced level Excel, MD-Staff, Verge, Theredoc or similar
- 3–5 years’ use of statistical software with emphasis on Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, T-tests, predictive modeling
- EPIC Certification (current)
- 3–5 years’ direct experience using SQL, Clarity, Crystal Reports or similar

Pay
The estimated base rate for this position is $116,604.80 – $174,886.40. Additional individual compensation may be available through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
