RN Registered Nurse Supervisor *MONDAY- FRIDAY

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team at Highfield Gardens Care Center in Great Neck, New York. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility and ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, person-centered care
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, including assigning duties and responsibilities
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other departments, including medical, dietary, and activities, to ensure seamless care delivery
• Monitor and report on resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities, contributing to the development of best practices and performance improvement goals

Requirements

• Current RN License in NY
• Must have Nursing Home experience, preferably as supervisor

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm
