About the role
Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Client Partner to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Professional Services bookings and revenue and ensuring successful implementations of Blue Yonder’s solutions with several of our major customers. This role focuses on North America Services Sales, emphasizing Supply Chain Planning Solutions within the CPG and/or Life Sciences industries.
The Sr Client Partner plays a pivotal role in working with Blue Yonder Customers to support SaaS Subscriptions and lead the Services Sales motions within their assigned territories. The primary objectives are to position a value-based selling approach with our industry-leading solutions, generate and close qualified pipeline, and collaboratively work with Blue Yonder's Partner ecosystem to drive incremental growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on Supply Chain Planning transformations, leveraging expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Sequencing, and related planning processes.
- Own the services sales strategy for an assigned territory, partnering closely with SaaS Sales, Presales, Strategic Advisory, Customer Success, Consulting, and Product teams to drive profitable growth and successful customer outcomes.
- Engage directly with customer stakeholders to identify business challenges, position software and services solutions, support RFP responses, and develop executive relationships that advance sales opportunities.
- Lead discovery, scoping, and solution planning activities, including the development of implementation approaches, effort estimates, business proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) that accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Position the value of Blue Yonder's services through customer workshops, presentations, and executive discussions, while negotiating services agreements and supporting successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with partners, marketing, Customer Success, and delivery teams to generate demand, develop sales collateral and implementation assets, promote thought leadership initiatives, and support team enablement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of combined experience in supply chain and enterprise software, including quota-carrying sales, account management, business development, consulting, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
- 5+ years selling, positioning, or influencing implementation services for enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to lead customer conversations from initial sales engagement through implementation planning and execution.
- Strong Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain knowledge with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and/or Sequencing.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting CPG and/or Life Sciences customers; familiarity with planning processes and business challenges common to these industries.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven supply chain solutions is preferred.
- Current experience in a high-growth SaaS or Cloud software company.

Pay
This position has a base salary range of $130,000 - $140,000, in addition to a commission component. The salary range reflects the anticipated base salary based on current national data. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses, and other relevant factors. This role is also eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program.
