Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and service complex accounts and functions at a strategic level to develop and retain consultative relationships with clients.
  • Evaluate and educate clients on missing or newly available coverage options.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and develop and communicate appropriate recommendations for clients and prospects through risk mapping.
  • Makes sound judgments and decisions based on objective analysis and multiple perspectives.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft apps: Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Word.
  • Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated advisory, client management and plan management experience preferred.
  • Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment required.

Pay

$135,000+ annually. Salary is negotiable upon time of hire.
