Sr. Claims Coordinator, Residential
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:

That's the description. Could be "About the role" section.
Then "RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned." Then bullet list (actually sentences separated by spaces). We need to extract list items.
List items:

That's responsibilities.
Then "EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE 5+ years of related experience in flooring industry preferred, not necessary High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious background in Technical Services and Claims ProcessingPrevious Customer Experience background5+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred"
We need to parse into sections: maybe "Qualifications" or "Requirements". The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide where to place education/experience. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Usually "Requirements" includes education/experience. "Qualifications" maybe skills. We'll put education/experience under "Requirements". Also we have "What We Offer" which includes benefits: "A commitment that Safety is #1 Competitive benefits including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysLife and disability insuranceCareer growth, stability, and flexible work arrangements."
Also there is a paragraph about sustainability etc. That's company description, maybe not needed but could be part of "About the role"? Probably not needed; but we can include as part of "About the role" if relevant? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sustainability paragraph is substantive about company; but not directly about role. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO etc. It's company description. Might be okay to keep as part of "About the role"? However the instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are limited to those eight. So we must fit content into those headings. The company description could go under "About the role" as context? Might be okay.
But we also have "We are the only flooring company recognized by the Asthma and Allergy foundation." etc. That's company info.
We also have "To build “The Way to Better Floors,” the Group is committed to circular economy and sustainability, in line with its Tarkett Human‐Conscious Design® approach. www.tarkett-group.com Tarkett is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity..." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity lines. So we need to remove that line.
Thus we keep company description up to before EEO.
Now Benefits: we have list: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; Paid time off and paid holidays; Life and disability insurance; Career growth, stability, and flexible work arrangements. Also "A commitment that Safety is #1". That could be a benefit or a statement.
We also have "Responsible Manufacturing – Protecting Our Planet for the Future ..." That's sustainability; could be part of Benefits? Not exactly. Could be part of "About the role"? Might be considered company info. We could include under "About the role" as part of description.
Pay and Schedule: not mentioned. So we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections because no specific content.
Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer from responsibilities but we should not invent. So we should not create Skills section unless there is explicit skills list. There's none.
Qualifications: Could be separate from Requirements? The posting has "EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE". That's qualifications. Could put under "Qualifications". But we also have "Requirements" maybe for experience. To avoid duplication, we can put education/experience under "Qualifications". And maybe "Requirements" could be left out if no specific requirement beyond that. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have education/experience content, so we can create a "Qualifications" section.
We also have "What We Offer" which is benefits. So we create Benefits section.
Thus sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (education/experience), Benefits (list). Possibly also "Skills"? Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Residential Claims Coordinator". Good.
We need to output only HTML fragment, using for section headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We must not include any extra text outside HTML.
Let's craft.
About the role: combine the initial description plus maybe company description (sustainability). We'll keep it as prose paragraphs.
We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract the description text exactly as given, but we can split into paragraphs for readability.
Original description paragraph (first big block). We'll keep as one
maybe.
Then after that we have company description: "We utilize renewable energy and a closed loop recycled water process. We are committed to reducing greenhouse emissions and water consumption. We are the only flooring company recognized by the Asthma and Allergy foundation. Who we are: With a history of more than 140 years, Tarkett is a worldwide leader in innovative and sustainable flooring and sport surface solutions, generating turnover of €3.3 billion in 2025. The Group has close to 12,000 employees, 25 R&D centers, 8 recycling centers and 33 production sites. Tarkett creates and manufactures solutions for hospitals, schools, housing, hotels, offices, stores and sports fields, serving customers in over 100 countries. To build “The Way to Better Floors,” the Group is committed to circular economy and sustainability, in line with its Tarkett Human‐Conscious Design® approach. www.tarkett-group.com"
We need to remove the EEO line: "Tarkett is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity in backgrounds and in experiences and promote an inclusive workplace where all employees can perform at their best." Remove that.
Also remove "www.tarkett-group.com" maybe keep as part of description? It's a URL; could be considered substantive? Might be okay to keep. Not boilerplate. We'll keep.
Now Benefits: list items.
We need to format as
- .
Now Qualifications: education/experience text: "5+ years of related experience in flooring industry preferred, not necessary High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious background in Technical Services and Claims ProcessingPrevious Customer Experience background5+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred"
We need to parse into readable sentences. There's missing punctuation. We'll keep as is but maybe add spaces. The original: "5+ years of related experience in flooring industry preferred, not necessary High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious background in Technical Services and Claims ProcessingPrevious Customer Experience background5+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred". Now Responsibilities: list items as above.
Now ensure we don't include any filler like "include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned." That's part of responsibilities heading but we can omit that sentence as it's not a duty. We can keep it as part of description? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is substantive? It's a boilerplate phrase but maybe considered part of responsibilities heading. We could include it as a

Thus Responsibilities section:
