Quality Services Coordinator Division: Nucor Insulated Panel Group Location: NIPG Brigham City, UT Basic Job Functions: Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing. Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers Asist in remake order process in D365 Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
