We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID/req numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short

or drop. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "We believe in equality..." etc. Also remove "TO ALL RECRUITMENT AGENCIES..." etc. Also remove contact info for accommodation? That's EEO related; likely remove. Also remove "Apex aims to make apexcos.com accessible..." etc. Also remove "If you have a disability..." etc. Also remove "EO/AA/VEV/Disabled Employer". Also remove "Apex Companies LLC is seeking..." maybe part of description; keep substantive content. Need to decide sections. We have content: introductory paragraph about company and role. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. We have: "Are you highly motivated... consider a career with Apex... We are currently seeking to add a Sr. Civil Engineer to our dynamic team in Vancouver, Washington." That's about the role/company. Could go under

About the role

with paragraph. Then we have Salary, Employment Type, Benefits, Work Flexibility, Sign-On Bonus. Those are Pay, Benefits, Schedule maybe. Pay: Salary range $125k-$140k, Sign-On Bonus $20k. Employment Type: Full-time. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (see below). Work Flexibility: Options for both remote and hybrid schedules. So we need sections: Pay, Benefits, Schedule. For Benefits we need to list details? The posting says "Comprehensive benefits package (see below)" but no details given. Since we cannot invent details, we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "Comprehensive benefits package (see below)" but no actual list provided. So we should not create Benefits section because no specific content. However we could include a short paragraph referencing that? The rule: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". Since they didn't list specifics, it's placeholder. So omit Benefits section. Pay: we have salary range and sign-on bonus. That's specific. So

Pay

with

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually. Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000.

Also Employment Type: Full-time maybe could be under Pay or Schedule? Could be under Schedule? Actually Schedule section is for work schedule details. Employment type is full-time; could be included in Pay section or separate? There's no heading for Employment type; we could include it in Pay paragraph. Schedule: Work Flexibility: Options for both remote and hybrid schedules. That's schedule info. So

Schedule

with

Options for both remote and hybrid schedules.

Now Responsibilities: list of duties. We have "Primary Job Responsibilities" bullet list: Plan and administer medium to large transportation infrastructure projects. Provide leadership in the design of efficient and constructable civil projects. Estimate and budget labor hours for design projects; review job costing reports and take corrective action, as necessary. Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and ensure that client objectives are met. Mentor young design professionals. Participate in business development opportunities. Participate in professional organizations and functions. Also there is "Examples Of Projects You May Lead Include" with two examples. Those could be part of responsibilities or separate? Could be included under Responsibilities as examples. We'll include them as part of responsibilities list maybe as separate
    items. Thus Responsibilities section:

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet.
Now Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:" list. Also there is a list of qualifications: 10+ years experience, bachelor's degree, PE registration, understanding of standards, proven history meeting timelines/budgets, demonstrated skills developing relationships, familiarity with local code, ability to develop creative solutions, proficiency in MS Office, excellent verbal/written communication, familiarity with design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads, HydroCAD, WWHM2012). That's a mix of requirements and skills. We need to decide sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction says use headings for those. We need to split content appropriately without inventing. We could put all under Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to avoid empty sections. Perhaps we can combine qualifications and skills into one section? But we have three possible headings; we should only include those with real content. We could put the list under

    Qualifications

    and maybe

    Skills

for software proficiency and communication etc. However we need to avoid splitting arbitrarily; better to put all under

    Qualifications

as they are qualifications. Or we could put under

    Requirements

the experience, degree, PE, etc., and under

    Skills

the technical skills (software, MS Office, communication). Let's see. We have: Minimum Qualifications: bullet list includes experience, degree, PE, understanding of standards, meeting timelines/budgets, relationships, local code, creative solutions, MS Office, communication, familiarity with design software. That's all qualifications. Could treat as Requirements. Then Skills could be empty. Better to just have one section: Qualifications. Since we have no separate Skills list distinct from qualifications. We'll output

    Qualifications

    with
items. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/req numbers. We have "Req ID: 251" and "Expected Pay Range: $125,000 USD - $140,000 USD" duplicate of salary. We'll drop those. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove all that. Now produce HTML fragment:

      • Estimate and budget labor hours for design projects; review job costing reports and take corrective action, as necessary.

      • Mentor young design professionals.

        • Broadmoor Redevelopment – assisting the City of Pasco to use Tax Increment Financing to develop arterial roadways, five signalized intersections, and a multilane roundabout to activate the mixed‑use, multi‑modal Broadmoor development area.
      But note nested
        inside
      • is not ideal; better to have separate list for examples under Responsibilities. Could do: after responsibilities list, add a

        Examples of projects

but we cannot add headings not in allowed list? Not prohibited but we should avoid extra headings. Could just include examples as list items within responsibilities. Simpler: add two list items for examples. Thus:

        Responsibilities

        • Plan and administer medium to large transportation infrastructure projects.
        • Provide leadership in the design of efficient and constructable civil projects.
        • Estimate and budget labor hours for design projects; review job costing reports and take corrective action, as necessary.
        • Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and ensure that client objectives are met.
        • Mentor young design professionals.
        • Participate in business development opportunities.
        • Participate in professional organizations and functions.
        • Lead projects such as the Vancouver Heights Tower Mall Redevelopment – a 35‑acre multi‑phased urban redevelopment focused on employment and affordable housing, including signalized intersection improvements, two new roundabouts, two miles of new collector roadways, a linear parkway and community plaza.
        • Lead projects such as the Broadmoor Redevelopment – assisting the City of Pasco to use Tax Increment Financing to develop arterial roadways, five signalized intersections, and a multilane roundabout to activate the mixed‑use, multi‑modal Broadmoor development area.
        Now Qualifications:

        Qualifications

        • 10+ years' experience as a consulting engineer providing design and project management of local agency or state transportation projects.
        • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and professional registration (P.E) in Washington and/or Oregon.
        • A solid understanding of civil design and construction standards, and environmental conditions / constraints.
        • A proven history of meeting project timelines and budgets.

        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff and management.
        • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads, HydroCAD, WWHM2012.
We should not include "Minimum Qualifications:" heading inside; just list. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Check for any leftover: The posting also had "Employment Type: Full-time". We omitted that; maybe we should include it under Pay or Schedule? Could add to Pay paragraph: "Employment Type: Full-time." Let's add. Thus Pay paragraph:

        Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually. Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000. Employment Type: Full‑time.

Now ensure no extra spaces. Now produce final HTML
