Sr. Channel BD Manager, Partner Core
About the role
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth from large accounts to enterprise-level customers. The AWS Global Support team works with leading companies and supports mission-critical applications built on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute GTM campaigns to accelerate adoption of AWS Partner Network programs.
- Independently own projects across cross-functional stakeholders, driving programs from ideation to implementation.
- Review and triage strategic and complex partner pricing requests, interfacing with AWS stakeholders to drive requests to closure.
- Contribute to executive-level reporting and planning cadences on GTM plan execution.
- Leverage data analytics to capture and organize program trends, and share findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Document and improve programs' processes, tools, and templates to streamline delivery and meet the Amazon quality bar.
- Deliver partner-facing content on Partner profitability and demonstrate thought leadership at industry events.
Requirements
6+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience, Bachelor's degree, experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions, managing programs across cross-functional teams, and 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Skills
Easily converse in a range of subjects, excellent communication skills, ability to drive program growth, and strong negotiation skills.

Pay
Base salary range: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually for NY, $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually for WA.
Schedule
Full-time.
