About the role
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth from large accounts to enterprise-level customers. The AWS Global Support team works with leading companies and supports mission-critical applications built on AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute GTM campaigns for Partner Sellers, Sales, and Partner Managers to accelerate AWS Partner Network programs.
- Own projects across cross-functional stakeholders, driving programs from ideation to implementation.
- Review and triage strategic and complex partner pricing requests, interfacing with AWS stakeholders to drive requests to closure.
- Contribute to executive reporting and planning cadences on GTM plan execution.
- Leverage data analytics to capture and organize program trends and share findings with leadership.
- Document and improve programs' processes, tools, and templates for cross-functional teams.
- Deliver partner-facing content on Partner profitability and demonstrate thought leadership.
- Represent AWS at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
6+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience, Bachelor's degree, experience influencing leadership decisions, managing programs across cross-functional teams, and 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
