Sr Capital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of major capital projects from concept through commissioning
• Develop and manage project charters, business cases, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Ensure adherence to corporate engineering standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Oversee procurement processes for capital equipment for cost efficiency and compliance
• Partner with operations, R&D, supply chain, and finance to plan capital budgets
• Translate business needs into project objectives that drive productivity and compliance
• Supervise and mentor direct reports to improve skills and accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline
• 10-15 years of experience in capital project management in manufacturing environments; consumer goods, healthcare, or pharmaceutical experience preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience delivering multi-million-dollar projects in regulated industries
• Strong project management, budgeting, and cost control skills
