Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Negotiate and finalize purchase orders and long-term agreement contracts
- Conduct price and cost analyses to optimize expenditures
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services from vendors
- Perform market research to identify industry trends and new suppliers
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience, including 7+ years in procurement or purchasing roles
- 3+ years in a senior position managing complex procurement tasks
- Knowledge of Contractors Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
- Experience with Costpoint ERP system
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
