Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and prepare business performance reports.
• Support the development of business plans and monitor progress against planned goals and targets.
• Monitor and manage the KAM1 team's budget, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide back-office support to the Sales and Operations teams under KAM, including coordinating business-related requests and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
• Manage business schedules and meeting calendars for the KAM1 team.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant professional experience in business planning, logistics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of the logistics industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business and sales data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $75,000–$90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
