Sr. Business Strategist
About the role
This role supports business growth by identifying market opportunities and analyzing competitive trends within the business development function. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform complex analyses and develop strategic recommendations for key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
- Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
- Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
- Cook up and coordinate preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills
- Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations
- Financial modeling and Analytics experience including analyzing complex data
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Project Management
