About the role
The Sr. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will partner with various departments to deliver actionable insights through data-driven reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses to support key business decisions.
- Create executive-level reporting that provides visibility into company performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms.
- Analyze sales, marketing, eCommerce, product, and operational data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor business performance and provide insights on revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, establish reporting standards, and track business objectives.
- Perform root-cause analyses and investigate performance drivers across channels and product lines.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of data models, reporting structures, and business definitions.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accessibility.
- Aid in establishing best practices for data governance, quality, and usability.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve data integration and reporting capabilities.
- Own master data standards for product, customer, channel, and brand so figures reconcile across systems and every team works from a single source of truth.
- Build self-service reporting and dashboards so business teams can answer routine questions without engineering support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Proficient in Python coding.
- Proficient with utilizing AI to build/maintain KPI catalogs, dashboards, etc.
- Reactively listening to what the business needs and building reporting dashboards across functions.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting consumer products, sporting goods, technology, or eCommerce businesses.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics environments.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
- Passion for golf, sports technology, or the outdoor industry.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting.

Pay
Annual Salary: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00
