Core Responsibilities
- Own your territory: Build and execute outreach strategies to penetrate target accounts using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Drive qualified pipeline: Conduct discovery conversations that uncover real business needs and position our solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate to win: Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff and accelerate deal velocity.
- Stay sharp: Maintain precision in CRM documentation and leverage data to refine your approach.
- Amplify marketing efforts: Work closely with marketing to convert campaign engagement into sales opportunities.
- Be a student of the game: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and product updates to bring value in every interaction.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, persuasive, and tailored to executive-level audiences.
- Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC).
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling.
- A track record of exceeding activity and conversion targets.
- Resilience, grit, and a bias toward action.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and pivot quickly.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $56,800 to $81,650. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
