About the role
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established global logistics company with 20+ years in international freight that has been aggressively building out its domestic division, and it's growing fast. This is a pure new business role: you'll be targeting U.S. shippers, owning your pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal. No inherited accounts. No account management. Full ownership.
Responsibilities
- Target U.S. shippers
- Owning your pipeline from cold outreach through close across FTL, LTL, and intermodal
- No inherited accounts
- No account management
- Full ownership of new business opportunities
- Work in a high-energy, loud, competitive sales floor
- Track activity, celebrate wins publicly, and push each other
Requirements
- 8–10 years of domestic freight sales experience
- 3PL or brokerage background (not freight forwarding)
- Shipper-facing sales, not exclusively carrier-side
- FTL / LTL / intermodal experience
- Proven new logo hunter with strong prospecting cadence
- Senior floor presence — mentorship, informal leadership, or lead signals

Base: $80,000–$120,000
OTE: $150,000–$190,000+ (uncapped)
