Sr. Business Design Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, organize, and write system requirements for pharmaceutical trial client dashboards and web‑based tools.
• Identify key stakeholders and define their responsibilities related to requirements definition, assessment, and approval.
• Lead requirements review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Visualize requirements using workflow diagrams, mockups, and wireframes.
• Evaluate requirements gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and act as a consultant by providing best practices and lessons learned.
• Write clear, concise, and detailed IXRS system requirements to meet client needs while supporting company goals.
• Train, mentor, and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing IT design documents, data validation and test plans.
• Proficiency with Data Teams Foundation Server, Axure, Agile Methodology, and HTML.
