About the role
Business Analyst who collects detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements using different methodologies: interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Deliver artifacts as needed: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, GUI, and Screen and Interface Designs.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience analyzing an organization or business domain, documenting business processes or systems, and assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
- 100% Onsite role.
- 84 months of experience working in a healthcare-related government agency that serves individuals with special needs, translating and documenting technical information for business/program consumption to ensure consistency and common understanding across stakeholder groups.
- 84 months of experience performing business analysis for applications developed in a JAVA software environment.
- 84 months of experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes, including writing deliverables such as business and functional requirements, test plans, training guides, deployment plans, workflow processes, use cases, context diagrams, data element descriptions, and program goals, objectives, and external considerations such as federal and state mandates.
- 84 months of public sector experience communicating and working with high-level staff.
- Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification.
