Sr. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and validate financial data from AMB systems to support reporting and analysis
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors
• Support budgeting and planning activities, including variance analysis and performance tracking
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support pricing and other business initiatives
• Affiliate in managing aspects of client relationships, including responding to inquiries and supporting commercial discussions via phone and email
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data and reporting
• Contribute to the preparation of materials and presentations for senior management updates
• Participate in the ongoing improvements in reporting processes and analytical tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred areas of study are Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 5 + years of relevant experience in financial services, financial planning and analysis or related analytical role
• Experience in the insurance industry or at a rating agency is a plus
