About the role

The successful candidate will support the implementation of the ContractPodAi (Leah) platform and enhance the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system at Arden Hills, MI.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of the ContractPodAi (Leah) platform and enhances the CLM system.
  • Conducts requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to conduct interviews and workshops.
  • Develops user stories and functional specifications.
  • Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manages change requests and provides training to users.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Works with vendors and procurement teams to manage contracts.
  • Utilizes ContractPodAi's AI capabilities for contract data extraction, clause analysis, risk identification, and summarization.
  • Maintains and manages the contract repository.
  • Extracts and tags metadata for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Supports integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and DocuSign.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting ContractPodAi/Leah implementations.
  • Strong core business analyst skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and UAT.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contract creation, approval workflows, review processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of vendor and procurement contract workflows.
  • Experience with ContractPodAi, including workflow configuration, contract repository management, metadata extraction, and reporting.
  • Understanding of ContractPodAi's AI capabilities for contract data extraction, clause analysis, risk identification, and summarization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
