Responsibilities

• The foundation of this position is to be the subject matter expert for the assigned system applications area, as well as ancillary supporting software and Integration thereof.
• This includes providing a thorough and solid understanding of the system's capabilities, features and functionality, and staying abreast of additional features and functionality of the software as new releases are introduced.
• Work with broad spectrum of cross-functional stakeholders to collect the business requirements that can be Implemented in JDE ERP. This includes working with our global teams across Europe & China for process designing.
• Support various business key stakeholders in rationalizing the requirement and business for new enhancement requests.
• Ensure that requirements are prioritized based on business impact and value.
• Write detailed requirements and use cases for new products, features, enhancements, and other opportunities to accelerate growth while ensuring stability of our infrastructure.
• Track and report progress, identify risks and proactively prepare risk mitigation plans.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors to develop, test, launch, validate and refine features
