Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead business process redesign and assist in implementing solutions.
- Set priorities and prepare functional flow diagrams/maps and other documents to capture departmental standards, processes and methodologies.
- Recommend, test, train, document, implement and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various systems.
- Participate in or lead project cross-functional project teams.
- Work with leadership to develop strategies to support Company needs.
- Serve as liaison between department and internal client groups, other departments and vendors.
- Train department on system access and utilization, including report writing.
Education, Experience & Certifications
- Associate degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree desired, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- 5+ years experience with large enterprise systems.
- Hands on experience with system implementation required.
- Vendor management experience preferred.
