Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead business process redesign and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Set priorities and prepare functional flow diagrams/maps and other documents to capture departmental standards, processes and methodologies.
  • Recommend, test, train, document, implement and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various systems.
  • Participate in or lead project cross-functional project teams.
  • Work with leadership to develop strategies to support Company needs.
  • Serve as liaison between department and internal client groups, other departments and vendors.
  • Train department on system access and utilization, including report writing.

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • Associate degree, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years experience with large enterprise systems.
  • Hands on experience with system implementation required.
  • Vendor management experience preferred.
