About the role

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis to support business decision-making. This includes developing and maintaining business models, creating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies
• Develop and maintain business models and financial forecasts
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
• Support project management activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to business analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with business modeling and financial forecasting tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
