About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of global brand media campaigns to enhance brand awareness
• Manage the external media agency, ensuring innovative and flawless operational execution
• Collaborate with the Creative team to oversee the development of impactful campaign content
• Pilot new media channels and formats, continuously testing and improving approaches
• Define success metrics, analyze performance, and utilize insights to refine strategies
• Work with various teams to ensure cohesive and integrated media efforts across the brand
• Responsible for managing the brand media budget, including forecasting and spend tracking

Qualifications

• 12+ years in brand media strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to set performance benchmarks and drive decisions based on data
• Proven agency management experience, ensuring accountability and innovative execution
• Exceptional collaboration abilities across various departmental functions
• Experience leveraging AI technologies for improved decision-making and efficiency

Pay

$130,000 – $200,000 annually
