Sr. Brand Manager (Fleet)

About the role
This position leads and manages one or more priority consumer brands within the marketing team, operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and resource-controlled environment with an emphasis on collaborative teamwork. We seek a modern marketer grounded in both general management and a digital-first marketing mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand plans to achieve company P&L targets, including advertising, promotions, and research. Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to drive market results.
- Manage day-to-day logistics of brand programs, including timeline management, budget oversight, and program analysis.
- Plan and execute digitally focused marketing campaigns: Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Influencer, Organic Social, Content Creation, Connected/Streaming TV, and Programmatic Video/Display.
- Provide consumption-based data analysis and actionable insights to identify market trends, dynamics, and unmet needs.
- Lead and coach one direct report, with prior experience managing a team or direct report.
- Generate accurate volume forecasts in collaboration with sales, demand planning, and vendors. Deliver P&L results focusing on net sales and brand contribution.
- Support the sales organization with best-in-class materials for retailer presentations, working closely with Category Management. Demonstrate strong brand acumen in both brick-and-mortar and ecommerce, particularly Amazon and Walmart.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of brand marketing experience (agency experience not applicable).
- Preferred: Recent CPG experience, particularly in Personal Care/HBA or Homecare. Open to DTC CPG experience (but not DTC-only).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Proficiency in mathematical calculations (discounts, percentages, proportions, basic algebra/geometry).
- Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to instructions and problem-solving.

Work Environment
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Hybrid work schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs in the Tarrytown office; remote Mon/Fri.
- 40 hours per week.
Pay
$145,000 to $175,000 per year.
