Sr. Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle complex billing scenarios and contract terms
• Resolve escalated billing issues and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with billing policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and IT Support
• Month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
• Identify and implement billing process improvements
• Maintain billing systems and customer records
• Affiliate with system enhancements and special projects
• Generate accurate and timely invoices for technology products and services

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ related experience in Billing
• Experience using MAS ERP program preferred

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting functions and terminology
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software, such as Dynamics, MAS, or ConnectWise
• Excellent data entry skills while maintaining speed and high accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable to change
