Sr BI Product Manager

As a Sr BI Product Manager, you will own and manage one or more BI solutions products, operating with minimal guidance, translating customer needs into BI solutions that deliver significant business value.

Responsibilities

• Understand the problem and convert it into an actionable solution
• Write technical requirements
• Prioritize development
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• Promote product usage across a broad audience
• Ensure successful delivery and implementation of the product
• Assist with BI development and data engineering tasks when needed
• Maintain an indirect reporting relationship with Analytics consultants and data engineers working on the products
• Deliver BI solutions that generate insights and make an impact on the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work experience in a mathematical, statistical, computer science, engineering, physics, economics or related quantitative field
• OR Actuarial credential or Master’s degree and 2 years of work experience in a related quantitative field
• OR Ph.D. in a related quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a computational field, or Bachelor’s degree with significant healthcare experience
• Proficiency in SQL

• Independently delivering or leading the delivery of a complex analytics or BI solutions project or product
• At least 2 years of experience with BI applications such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience building visualizations for different organizational levels (tactical and strategic)

Pay

$92,700.00 – $167,500.00 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
