About the role

As the Sr. Benefits Analyst, you’ll shape the benefits and wellness experience for LII employees across U.S. manufacturing and corporate locations. From managing day-to-day benefits programs to driving initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement, this role offers broad, enterprise-wide influence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive benefit programs.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities for medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, voluntary benefits, 401k, leaves, and ancillary benefit plans.
• Assist the Benefits Director in developing a benefits strategy, including implementing new plans and modifying existing ones.
• Partner with the team to plan, implement, and manage interventions, programming, campaigns, competitions, and challenges that educate and engage employees in healthy behaviors and measurable outcomes.
• Direct and manage all activities associated with open enrollment.
• Leverage tools and resources from carriers, third-party administrators, and other providers to educate employees on their benefits and ensure integrated program delivery.
• Track, measure, and report results of new benefit offerings; measure participation and satisfaction to facilitate changes reflecting employee needs.
• Assist and/or plan benefit fairs, including speakers, health-related demonstrations, displays, and video materials from local agencies, insurance carriers, hospitals, and other resources.
• Serve as a visible representative at health screenings, lunch and learns, well-being classes, and company-sponsored benefits events.
• Triage individuals to appropriate care based on health risks, interests, and relevant conditions (e.g., health coaching, EAP, medical plan, disease management, maternity programs, prescription carrier).
• Assist with retirement plan administration.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and other applicable regulations.
• Participate in benefit surveys to benchmark trends and prevailing practices.
• Ensure all employee benefit materials, policies, and procedures are updated and distributed timely.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits questions from employees, supervisors, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated communication style that seeks input, builds consensus, and reflects leadership.
• Strong functional knowledge of assigned benefits plans.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.

Pay

This salaried exempt role offers a starting salary range of $81,000 – $106,050 annually, depending on geography, market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. The position is eligible for the BroadBase Incentive (BBI) program with a 2% target payout and is not eligible for overtime.

Schedule

This position is located in Richardson, TX, and follows an in-office schedule Monday through Friday.
