Sr. Benefits Analyst
About the Role
Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst for a full-time position with 8-hour day shifts. We are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual who is able to work onsite at our Roseville, CA location. Maintains responsibility for the administration of benefits, wellness, rewards and recognition processes, policies and programs. Provides process/program expertise and guidance to organization leaders. Works closely with Regional/Facility departments to agree on benefit priorities. Ensures alignment between the benefits program and the organization's strategy and values. Maintains responsibility for benefits related initiatives and is a member of Total Rewards COE. Works with other members to ensure alignment and integration between Total Rewards programs.
Education and Work Experience
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
- Proven success leading benefits system implementations, integrations, and process optimization initiatives within enterprise HCM platforms, Oracle experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendor partners to drive operational excellence and business outcomes: Preferred
- Expertise in benefits data analytics, financial analysis, reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance: Preferred
Essential Functions
- Leads the design of benefits, rewards and recognition programs, policies and procedures. Oversees the execution of benefits related work within Total Rewards COE. Works on activities of a diverse scope requiring minimal interpretation of policies and guidelines. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Makes recommendations on new processes, tools and services. Supports and contributes to development of new products, services or techniques.
- Works with the Strategy & Talent COE to develop ongoing training related to benefits/wellness programs and processes for Operational and Regional/Facility Human Resources staff. Partners with Total Rewards Operations Leader to define service level agreements and operational metrics for benefits related programs.
- Works with Strategy & Talent COE to identify systems and technology required to effectively administer benefits and wellness related programs. Works with Strategy & Talent COE to identify and engage benefits vendors. Monitors use, adoption, effectiveness and compliance of benefits processes, policies and programs.
- Provides subject matter expertise, advice and guidance for cases/inquiries that require deep benefits expertise (Tier 3). Uses benchmarking to create and share leading practices.
- Partners with Regional/Facility departments to develop specific benefits, wellness, rewards and recognition programs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Pay
The estimated base pay for this position is $89,603 to $134,404. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
