Pay

Full Earning Potential: $88,000 to $110,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography

  • $8,000 Sign-on bonus
  • Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)

Schedule

Hybrid Role: Combination of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases

  • Flexible Schedule: Opportunities to work from home that includes Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons
  • No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions

Onboarding & Development

  • 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments)
  • Weekly office hours or 1:1 support from the Clinical Development team
  • Monthly CEUs and annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field
  • Opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives
  • Clear promotion framework: BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, and Senior Clinical Director
  • 8-hour supervision course for new BCBA certificants (BACB-approved)

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with reliability and fidelity
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
  • Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help clients reach their potential
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities
  • Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing
