Sr Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and be a pillar of support for Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring high reliability and fidelity of treatment plans.
• Drive positive change by conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing innovative ABA programs that continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and solve problems to help clients reach their potential.
• Embrace challenges with grace, staying calm and professional in difficult situations, adapting to change with flexibility, and continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Lead with initiative and openness, proactively communicating, taking initiative, and welcoming learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Pay
