Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)
• Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)
• Lead migrations from on‑prem to cloud (Hyper‑V/VMware to Azure)
• Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
• Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in an MSP/co‑managed role
• Strong hands‑on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding
• PowerShell scripting required; Terraform or similar preferred
• Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper‑V familiarity
• Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients
• Preferred: AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑800/801, or similar Microsoft certifications
