Sr. Attorney

Responsibilities

• We are now looking for highly qualified associates with 10+ years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Full file handling experience is required.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in management-side employment litigation and public entity defense is highly valued.
• This is primarily an in-person role, though hybrid arrangements may be considered.
• Attorneys with 10-30 years of experience for this position:
• Case management from inception through resolution.
• Preparation of motions, oppositions, replies, and other court pleadings.
• Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses.
• Prepare/respond to written discovery.
• Assessment of damages claims.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys of all experience levels.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.

Qualifications

The firm seeks attorneys with:

• Enough experience to work independently on aggressively litigated cases with potential high exposure.
• One associate willing to focus on legal research and motion practice.
• Excellent work ethic.
• High-level legal research and writing skills.
