Responsibilities
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
- Handle sophisticated trust administration matters from inception through ongoing management
- Draft advanced estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts and related instruments
- Collaborate with colleagues across practices to deliver integrated tax and estate planning solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts through origination
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience practicing trusts & estates law
- Significant experience with trust administration and sophisticated estate planning
- Demonstrated expertise drafting complex estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Large law firm experience preferred
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred
- Active admission to the State Bar of California required
Pay
$275,000 - $325,000 per year
