Sr Associate- Transaction Advisory, Project Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial modeling efforts for project finance transactions, including building, reviewing, and auditing complex financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Valuation).
• Conduct thorough financial, commercial, and technical due diligence on project finance opportunities, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed transaction advisory reports, presentations, and memoranda for clients, investors, and lenders.
• Affiliate in structuring and negotiating project finance deals, including debt, equity, and hybrid financing structures.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to support transaction strategies and client recommendations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality advisory services.
• Oversee junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality control on deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tax, legal, technical) and external advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.
