Sr. Associate, Supply Chain Strategy
maybe with . The rule: Use
for prose. So we can include a
with that sentence and link. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's mention of travel up to 80-100% (that's under qualifications). No schedule like full-time/part-time, hours. So we should not create Schedule section. - Skills: Could be extracted from qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills; Demonstrated ability to structure and execute data analysis using tools (Alteryx, Excel); Practical knowledge of supply chain strategy, operational excellence, operating model, global network design, supply chain finance; Demonstrated ability to assess, improve and reconstruct the information, physical and financial flows across the clients supply chain; etc. But we already have Qualifications section that includes many of these. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Skills into Qualifications or have separate Skills if there is distinct content. The posting lumps skills within qualifications. To avoid thin sections, we could keep Qualifications and maybe not separate Skills. However the instruction says use headings for Skills if there is real specific content. Since skills are embedded, we could still make a Skills section pulling out the skill-related bullets. But that would duplicate content. Better to keep Qualifications as one section covering experience, education, skills, travel, work authorization. That seems substantive. - About the role: we have introductory paragraph about KPMG Advisory practice and the role. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have list. - Benefits: we have paragraph. - Pay: we have statement about salary ranges and link. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Remove lines like "KPMG is an equal opportunity employer....", "No phone calls or agencies please.", "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis....", "Los Angeles County applicants: Material job duties...". Also remove the link to benefits details? Actually we can keep benefit description but not the link to "Additional details about our benefits can be found towards the bottom of our KPMG US Careers site at Benefits & How We Work." That's maybe okay as it's part of benefits description. However it's a pointer; still part of benefits. We'll keep it. We must not include the link to salary ranges? It's part of pay section; we can keep. We must not include the "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." That's somewhat redundant with benefits; we can keep as part of benefits or pay. Might be okay. We must not include the "KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges." That's pay. We must not include the "Follow this link to obtain salary ranges by city outside of CA: https://kpmg.com/us/en/how-we-work/pay-transparency.html/?id=M135ADV_4_26". That's pay. We must not include the "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." Might be okay as part of benefits. We must not include the "KPMG is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We must not include the "Los Angeles County applicants: Material job duties for this position are listed above...." That's location-specific legal; remove. We must not include the "Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act..." etc. Remove. We must not include the "No phone calls or agencies please." Remove. We must not include the "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis...." Remove. We must not include the "Candidates are encouraged to apply expeditiously..." Remove. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
