Sr Associate, Product Management (HR, Risk or Finance)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tech teams to define comprehensive acceptance criteria, conducting additional research as needed to inform future feature design.
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, aiming to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for feature testing.
- Use hypothesis-driven assessments of data to ensure products or features meet real business needs, owning and prioritizing feature development roadmaps.
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to develop cutting-edge solutions using new and evolving technology, collaborating with designers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts.
- Build and manage product platforms for customers, understanding technology trends and architecture strategies.
- Harness a network of trusted relationships across tech teams, designers, key internal stakeholders, and partner teams, articulating a product roadmap to deliver business value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years of experience working as a product owner in an agile development process.

Salaries for this role vary by location. For example, in Richmond, VA, the minimum annual salary is $101,100 and the maximum is $115,400 for a Senior Associate, Product Management position. For more details, refer to the provided salary ranges.
