About the role

The Sr Associate Microsoft 365 Engineer is a member of the End User Productivity (EUP) team. The EUP team is a global team responsible for the management and delivery of client solutions that address current and future business needs while ensuring value realization in the shortest possible timeframe, most specifically involving Microsoft 365 platforms, physical and virtual endpoints, collaboration spaces, end-user enablement, and related services. This position is responsible for the delivery and support of productivity and collaboration services focused on the Microsoft 365 platform. This includes Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream, Office applications, Power Platform and related Microsoft 365 services.
