Sr. Associate, GTM Strategy & Operations
About the Team
DoorDash is building a new category of B2B SaaS products that help restaurants manage and grow their businesses - one of the company's most strategic and high-visibility initiatives, backed directly by senior leadership. The business is one of the fastest-growing segments within DoorDash, and yet is only scratching the surface of a generational opportunity to better serve hundreds of thousands of merchants across the Americas and improve working lives in one of the country's biggest industry sectors.
About the Role
You will operate with the speed and autonomy of an early-stage startup, but with the resources, data, and scale of a public company. The team is small, the problems are complex, and your work will directly shape how we go to market, what we build, and how thousands of merchants grow their businesses.
- Own the intelligence layer behind our GTM engine - analyzing conversion patterns, lead attributes, and pipeline performance to build the prioritization frameworks that help sales reps focus on the highest-value accounts and close more deals
- Partner with our sales team to identify opportunities that exponentially increase velocity
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools that improve GTM efficiency
- Create and maintain the systems, infrastructure, and processes that enable a high-performing sales organization
We're Excited About You Because...
- You have 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or GTM/revenue operations
- You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
- You have experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub, etc. and know how to scale your impact through the use of AI powered tools, skills, and processes
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action — comfortable building from zero to one in an unstructured environment
- You have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the effort required to move fast and deliver results in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
- You communicate clearly across audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
