You own challenges, finding solutions even when it might mean leaving your lane; you can easily find examples of this when asked
You are highly organized and value documenting and communicating what you do, what your colleagues are doing, and see project management as a critical skill in ensuring that complex customer interactions are well-executed

Pay
The pay range for this position is $162,100 - $308,000 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
Schedule
The job has flexible hours and will not require overtime. You will meet customer expectations by working as part of a team, not by being a hero. When you must occasionally shift your time to work with European or PacRim/Indian stakeholders, you will be able to take corresponding time in lieu. The hours are flexible to accommodate family and personal commitments, but in return, you will be a little more available to communications outside of normal working periods. Face-to-face time with our customers and the team will be important, but you will be welcome to work some days at home if you’d like. You will also need to travel to meet customers and colleagues at times. Some of this will be quite a lot of fun, other times it will be a lot of work.
