Responsibilities

• The National Device Depot is essential to safeguard continuous end-to-end device logistics, imaging, and distribution.
• Establishing a white‑glove distribution model ensures that every hardware asset is completely provisioned, secured, and activated before shipment—delivering a seamless, plug‑and‑play experience that eliminates user‑side setup friction.
• This role directly supports key business functions, including rapid‑response crisis management team deployments, logistics for retail offsite engagements, high‑priority Public Relations media activation and hardware requests, new hire and leadership support for Learning & Careers teams training curriculum, employee device programs launch support, and specialized zero‑touch device provisioning for employee international travel to high‑risk regions.
• Inventory, catalog, ship, and receive devices for Learning & Care
