Sr. Analyst Quality

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across web applications, APIs, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, and offshore teams to validate business requirements and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems
• Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to test automation efforts
• Identify and track defects
• Validate data quality and system performance
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Support release validation activities
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or application testing, with experience supporting enterprise applications and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, along with familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
