Quality Analyst Sr

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management efforts to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes and customer requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experience.
• Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment.
• Experience with IFS for TIP Management.
• NBPI or NACE Certification.
• Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification.
• Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
• Root Cause analysis training.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $75,254 - $127,930. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
