We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (but we already have "About The Role" heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. The posting includes sections: About Engine (company description) – maybe we can treat as "About the role"? Actually "About Engine" is company overview, not role. The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content about Engine (company). Could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could include a section "About the role" using the content under "About The Role". That section includes description of role. We'll put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. Then responsibilities: "What You'll Do" includes bullet-like sentences but not bullet list. We can convert each sentence into
  • under
      . The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to make a list. We'll extract each duty as list item. Then requirements/qualifications: "What You'll Bring" includes Experience, Skills, AI-Forward, Attention to Detail, Mindset, Communication. We can treat as Requirements or Qualifications. We'll create a section

        Requirements

with list items. Benefits: The posting includes "Compensation" and "The Engine Edge: Perks & Compensation". It mentions base pay range, equity, bonus, benefits list at engine.com/culture, hybrid-hub model, perks may vary. There's some specific: Base Pay Range $108,000—$150,000 USD. Also mentions equity for all employees, some roles eligible for bonuses or commissions. Benefits: check out full list at engine.com/culture. Environments for Success: hybrid-hub model. We can include Pay section with base pay range. Benefits section with equity, bonus eligibility, hybrid-hub model, link to benefits. Since we have specific content, we can include Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. We must not include boilerplate like application deadline, etc. Remove "Applications for this role will be accepted through 11/11/2026..." etc. Also remove "We encourage you to apply early". Also remove "Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors..." maybe keep the base pay range and equity etc. But we need to preserve substantive information. The paragraph about compensation packages based on factors is somewhat generic but still substantive? It says "Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus." That's substantive. We'll keep that. We also need to remove duplicated lines. Ensure no repetition. Now craft HTML. Structure:

        About the role

... (the paragraph from About The Role)

        Responsibilities

        • Own the accurate and timely calculation of monthly and quarterly commissions and quotas across all GTM channels, ensuring every seller is paid correctly and on time.
        • Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team on all things comp — answering questions, resolving disputes, and clearly communicating results, plan mechanics, and pay timing.
        • Support the governance of plan policies — processing true-ups, exceptions, and new-hire plan setup — with accuracy, documentation, and audit-readiness.
        • Partner with Payroll, People, and GTM Finance to deliver clean, on-time payouts.
        • Build and maintain analytical models that support compensation plan design and quota, and lead initiatives to develop new plans and make changes based on business needs and new products.
        • Support capacity planning efforts to ensure the sales team has the right headcount, coverage, and productivity assumptions in place to achieve annual revenue targets.
        • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, GTM Finance, People, Sales Operations, and Central Data to gather inputs, pressure-test assumptions, and deliver a seamless experience for the sales organization.
        • Develop and test hypotheses on plan mechanics, quota attainment, and productivity, and translate the results into recommendations leadership can act on.
        • Identify where AI belongs in comp calculations, modeling, and sales-team communication — build it, prove the productivity gain, and scale it.
        • Translate compensation and planning data into clear, actionable insights for GTM and Finance leaders through dashboards, ad hoc analysis, and recurring reporting.
        • Help scale and improve our compensation and planning tools, Salesforce and reporting systems, processes, and documentation as Engine grows.

        Requirements

        • 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or finance.
        • Exposure to sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry is a plus.
        • Strong analytical toolkit — advanced Excel/Google Sheets, comfort with large data sets, and the ability to build models that others can trust and follow.
        • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
        • Experience with — or genuine interest in — leveraging AI to automate comp calculations and modeling to super-charge your work.
        • Attention to detail: double-check work, take ownership of the numbers, know that precision matters, develop right processes and own accurate work product.
        • Mindset: ready to roll up sleeves, collaborate, deliver results, excited to learn from a Director who wants to invest in your growth.
        • Strong communication skills to partner cross-functionally daily with different roles and personas (sales, finance, legal, HR, etc.).

        Pay

Base Pay Range: $108,000—$150,000 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus.

        Benefits

        • Equity for all employees.
        • Potential annual bonus or commission eligibility depending on role.
        • Hybrid‑hub work environment (options for office‑based or fully remote).
        • Full benefits details available at engine.com/culture.
We should not include "About Engine" company description? It's substantive but not a role section. Could we include as a separate section like "About Engine"? The instruction only lists certain headings; but we could still include a heading not in list? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. The company description could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. Might be okay to omit as it's not required. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". If we omit company description, we lose substantive info. But maybe we can incorporate it into "About the role" paragraph? The "About The Role" section already includes role description; we could prepend company overview there. However that might mix. Better to add a section "About Engine" but not in the list; risk of violating instruction? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...)" meaning we should use h3 for any section headings we create. It doesn't restrict to only those. So we can add a section "About Engine". That seems fine. Let's add:

        About Engine

Engine is the all‑in‑one travel and spend management platform trusted by 38K+ businesses and groups representing 1.8M+ travelers. We're the retailer and the rails of business travel, one of the fastest‑growing companies in travel tech, built on a decade of proprietary technology, supply, and pricing no one else can replicate. Other travel and AI companies run on our infrastructure to book real trips, hold rates, and move payments, without building any of it themselves. We built it, AI‑forward at every layer, from how travelers book to how the rails run. That work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026). We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high‑caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar. Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

But note that some of that is also in "About Engine" paragraph at top. We'll include it. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. We removed application deadline etc. Check for any repeated lines: The "Compensation Our compensation packages..." we kept. Also there is a duplicated line "Compensation: Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with equity for all employees. Some roles are also eligible for bonuses or commissions." That's similar to what we have in Pay and Benefits. We might have duplicated. We need to avoid repeating same info. Let's see: In Pay we wrote: Base Pay Range: $108,000—$150,000 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus. In Benefits we listed equity, potential bonus/commission, hybrid-hub, benefits link. The sentence "Compensation: Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with equity for all employees. Some roles are also eligible for bonuses or commissions." is essentially same as Pay + Benefits. To avoid duplication, we could omit that sentence and rely on our sections. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit that sentence, we lose the phrase "Competitive base pay tied to role and experience". But we have base pay range and mention equity and bonus. The phrase "Competitive base pay tied to role and experience" is somewhat generic but still substantive. However we already have base pay range and equity etc. Might be okay to omit as it's covered. But to be safe, we could include a brief Pay paragraph that includes that phrase. Let's adjust Pay paragraph: "Compensation packages are based on experience, expertise, and location. Base Pay Range: $108,000—$150,000 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus." That captures the generic statement. Now Benefits: we can list equity, potential bonus/commission, hybrid-hub, benefits link. Ensure we don't repeat equity and bonus again. We'll keep equity and bonus mention in Pay only; Benefits can focus on other perks: hybrid-hub, benefits link, maybe mention "Perks and benefits may vary based on employment type, location, and more". That's substantive. Let's craft Benefits section:

        Benefits

        • Hybrid‑hub work environment (options for office‑based or fully remote).
        • Full benefits details available at engine.com/culture.
        • Perks and benefits may vary based on employment type, location, and more.
We already mentioned equity and bonus in Pay, so fine. Now ensure no mention of application
