Responsibilities
- Aid in the successful completion of a data migration project from a SQL to EDW environment.
- Maintain documentation of ROPs owned data, lead the delivery of requirements, prioritize data needs, conduct QA and UAT support, and provide post-implementation support.
- Independently collect and maintain data documentation while ensuring high data quality and compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards.
- Synthesize and represent business needs to IT stakeholders, manage conversations on trade-offs and roadblocks, and continuously assess opportunities for improvement in data strategy.
- Identify changing business needs to recommend improvements in data management processes and develop long-term strategy plans.
- Maintain alignment with key business partners to integrate the data strategy into existing operations and align with company strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with revenue operations centralized analytics teams to ensure data architecture meets reporting and analytical needs of the business.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an analytical, project management, or strategic support role.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong proficiency in SQL queries (MS SQL Server, PLSQL/Oracle, Netezza).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of MS Access, Tableau, VBA, R, and Python.
- Ability to dissect problems and form hypotheses for analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas to various audiences.
- Experience with visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau) or data movement (ETL Tools).

Competitive compensation, with salary range from $85,000.00 - $118,000.00/year, depending on location and exempt/non-exempt status.
