What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders across a variety of functions — Sales, Marketing, Channel, and GTM Operations — to identify and address key business challenges, with a primary focus on GTM systems, data pipelines, and sales efficiency.
  • Conduct usability studies with stakeholders e.g. Sales reps using Salesforce and identify key pain points and system solutions.
  • Help fine-tune the product roadmap for core GTM tools including Salesforce, other internal platforms, ensuring they scale with Verkada's rapid growth.
  • Implement best-practice solutions — including process changes, system configurations, and custom enhancements — to drive sales velocity, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with GTM engineers and business stakeholders to design, build, and deliver engineering solutions aligned to GTM deliverables and OKRs.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirements sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business needs; identify unstated or conflicting requirements; and drive meaningful change even when it means challenging the status quo.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for current processes, pain points, and system assumptions — and continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows across GTM tools and platforms.
  • Draw on your experience to recommend improvements to development practices, system standards, and integration patterns that improve team velocity and long-term scalability.
  • Build lightweight technical solutions and automations leveraging Apex, Python and/or JavaScript to bridge gaps between systems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, CS, Business, or another technical/analytical field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in business systems, revenue operations, or GTM product management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud required) and familiarity with adjacent GTM tools such as Outreach, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Clari, or similar.
  • An understanding of basic Agile Development best practices and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL; basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript for lightweight scripting and integrations.
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations between GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce ↔ Outreach).
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead-to-opportunity, channel sales, and renewal/expansion motions.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX tools and process-mapping tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart).
  • Strong work ethic — you do what it takes to make a project go well and are equally comfortable taking personal ownership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong business acumen - comfortable speaking with sales executives and presenting new features externally.
