The Sr. Analyst, Business Sales Operations designs, develops, and delivers reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the Sales organization. This role partners closely with Respiratory Health sales leaders, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to improve processes, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated analytical professional who combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to develop scalable solutions that support sales performance, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
What You'll Be Doing
- Forecasting, opportunity analysis, and sales potential assessment
- Power BI dashboard development and KPI reporting
- Salesforce.com administration, reporting, and process optimization
- Customer, product, market, and performance trend analysis
- Recommendations that improve operational efficiency and support acute care revenue growth
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis that translates complex data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
- Identify sales performance trends, risks, and opportunities using Salesforce.com, third-party data, customer/product trends, and market information
- Develop, implement, and maintain KPI reports, forecasts, opportunity analyses, and dashboards that support sales strategy and execution
- Provide ad hoc analytics and decision support to Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners
- Monitor industry practices, analytics capabilities, and process improvement opportunities to strengthen reporting and business insights
- Lead projects by coordinating resources, engaging cross-functional partners, and managing timelines, deliverables, and accountability
- Oversee data validation and testing activities to ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved
- Partner with Sales to understand customer trends, gather voice-of-customer input when needed, and support effective use of sales enablement tools
- Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to sales leadership and key stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, SQL, financial analysis, pricing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical functions
- 5+ years of experience within an IT, healthcare, or medical device organization preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel; Power BI development experience required and Power Automate experience preferred
- Experience with sales analytics platforms and data sources, including Salesforce.com, Power BI, Definitive Healthcare, LexisNexis, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of data flow, reporting processes, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Effective planning, project management, and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of independence, initiative, professionalism, and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders
Pay
The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
