Sr. Ambulatory Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic business partner to system leadership and ambulatory operations leadership/clinical/administrative teams in identifying operational gaps and solutions to both small- and large-scale initiatives.
- Participates in multiple strategic projects/programs simultaneously, with ownership of some assigned initiatives.
- Owns tasks/components of projects assigned to.
- Utilizes business process management, process improvement, and project management methodologies to successfully deliver business value through strategic program/project initiatives.
- Works with program/project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
- Participates and executes on assigned tasks and adheres to timelines and budgets; accountable for program/project results along with business owners and/or sponsors.
- Acts as a shared services resource and subject matter expert, supporting ambulatory operations for system and markets.
- Operates support includes initiatives such as patient experience, policies and procedures, data management, clinic metric bonus programs, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborates with the market ambulatory directors and management staff that oversee/lead market clinic operations.
- Implements initiatives and programs, in collaboration with ambulatory leadership, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure high quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred.
- Five years' related experience: Preferred.
- Three years' experience in a healthcare setting: Preferred.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
