About the role
We are seeking an AI Adoption Coach to accelerate the integration of AI across our software development teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to assess AI literacy, address skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching.
Responsibilities
- Develops prototypes, utilities, and supplementary tools to facilitate AI integration and adoption.
- Evaluates current AI literacy levels within development teams and partners with business and IT stakeholders to identify and address skill gaps.
- Creates and develops outcome-focused learning programs, including formal courses, microbursts, social interaction, and practical on-the-job experiences.
- Fosters a continuous learning culture through interactive microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, QA, business analysis, or coaching.
- Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python, or Swift.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics.
- Proven experience in coaching, particularly in complex, highly regulated environments, to guide teams through the adoption of new technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with AI principles, techniques, and methodologies with an emphasis on software engineering.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% to attend internal business meetings, training, and client engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business strategy.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in any of the following office locations: Allen, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cedar Falls, IA, Charlotte, NC, Lenexa, KS, Monett, MO, or Springfield, MO.
